Legal trainee at the District Council of Attorneys at Law in Krakow. A graduate of the Jagiellonian University. He wrote and defended his master’s thesis at the Department of Economic and Commercial Law on legal restrictions on the transferability of shares and the consequences of violating them.
He specializes in commercial companies law, in particular in establishing companies, as well as in resolving disputes. He also provides legal advice for start-ups.
He has experience in conducting court disputes, especially with banks and other financial institutions.
He is also an assistant in the Civil Law Section of the Legal Clinic of the Jagiellonian University, where he supervises the work of students, providing legal assistance to people in need. He is active in associations and organizations supporting the development of entrepreneurship.
