Marta Ostrowska

Attorney-at-law at the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law. Law graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. She wrote and defended her master’s thesis in the Department of Intellectual Property Law. The topic of the thesis concerned the legal aspects of advertising under national and Community law, with particular emphasis on acts of unfair competition.

In 2023 she passed the bar exam at the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law.

She specializes in civil proceedings and copyright law, as well as unfair competition.  She has experience in legal services for entrepreneurs. 

In the course of her studies, she received a scholarship from the Rector of the Jagiellonian University for the best students and actively participated in conferences and trainings on legal issues.

She also works in English.
