Wiktoria Sakłak

Trainee attorney-at-law at Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law. Law graduate of Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University and from the School of American Law conducted in cooperation between Jagiellonian University and Columbus School of Law The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. She defended her master’s thesis entitled: “Entitled subjects and their situation in proprietary copyright court proceedings”.

Since her third year at the university, she has gained experience in Krakow law firms, providing day-to-day legal services to entrepreneurs. She has experience in copyright law, protection of personal interest, property law and bankruptcy law. 

She also works in English.
