We are a law firm specializing in new technologies law, personal data protection, company law and dispute resolution. Our clients include entrepreneurs from the IT sector, e-commerce and advertising industries. We advise software houses, startups, advertising agencies and companies dealing with introducing innovative solutions to the market.

We help entrepreneurs in every aspect of their business, ensuring their smooth functioning in the changing legal environment.

We have participated in over 50 GDPR implementations in companies, including those employing several hundred employees. We prepared and negotiated contracts related to projects worth several dozen million zlotys.

We also help people with claims related to loans indexed and denominated in foreign currencies (“toxic loans”) and other products offered by financial market entities (“saving insurance policies”, corporate bonds, investment funds, etc.).

Our lawyers have successfully represented clients in disputes with financial institutions (e.g. banks, insurers, lessors), such as in matters relating to loan agreements with a currency element, agreements with insurance capital funds, leasing agreements, insurance recourse after termination of the loan agreement.

We represent clients in unusual cases, for example in cases for damages against the State Treasury.

Our lawyers attend legal conferences as speakers and training sessions as lecturers . They are also authors of professional publications in legal publishing.

We are also co-authors of the “Book of Electronic Communication Security at the Work of Attorneys at Law”, published by  National Council of Attorneys at Law in Poland, which is a study on the use of new technologies in the work of attorneys at law. Our offices are located in Krakow and Kielce.
